Miscellaneous Policies

All Participants:

• Stay at home if you are sick, with a cough, fever or exposed to COVID-19.
• Attendees will be issued a digital ticket at time of pre-registration.  This must be printed or available on a digital device at entrance.
• Face masks are suggested to be worn throughout the Exhibition Hall at all times.
• Maintain six (6) feet of social distancing.
• Minimize handshakes and/or physical contact.
• Frequent use of hand sanitizing stations and hand-washing for a minimum of 20 seconds

The following measures are being implemented by Star Events to ensure a safe event. 

• Separate doors for entrance and exit to the show floor.
• Attendance will be monitored to ensure that we do not exceed 50% of the capacity of the hall.
• Booths will be designed using eight (8) feet back and side drapes.
• Encourage digital or touchless collateral and exchange of information at booths.
• Encourage touchless payments- use of credit/debit cards and digital payment systems.
• Additional hand sanitizing stations will be placed in the building/exhibition hall.
• Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of high touchpoint areas throughout the event.
• Ample signage will be placed throughout to remind participants to 
  •    Social distance,
  •    Wear face masks,
  •    Minimize physical contact.
  •    Use hand sanitizers.

The following is also highly recommended:

Exhibitor: 

• Staff with social distancing in mind.
• Digital or touchless collateral and the exchange of information are encouraged.
• Face masks are suggested to be worn inside the Exhibition Hall at all times.
• Eyewear and disposable gloves are recommended.
• Constant sanitization of table, chairs, and other high touchpoint areas throughout the show.
• Frequent use of hand sanitizing stations and hand-washing for a minimum of 20 seconds

Attendee:

• Face masks are suggested to be worn throughout the exhibition hall.
• Maintain six (6) feet of social distancing.
